Robert Tourigny

Robert Tourigny joined NeighborWorks® Greater Manchester as the Executive Director in May 2005. Prior to coming to Manchester, Robert served six years as the Housing Administrator for Southern Maryland Tri-County Community Action Committee, Inc. where he was responsible for the operations of all housing activities including homeownership, multi-family and single family development, home repair and weatherization, and rental management. Previously, Robert served four years as the Director of Community Development for SMTCCAC, Inc. Other experience in affordable housing includes three years as a housing developer with Coastal Enterprises, Inc. in Maine. Robert has developed over $69 million in affordable housing units and community facilities in his career. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Rural Housing Coalition and the Advisory Council of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta in addition to many to state and local housing task forces and committees. Robert is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and the University of Maine.
